HJBHS charges a minimal article processing fee at the time of submission. Waiver can be granted under the following conditions:

• Partial Waiver: Fees may be partially waived for deserving students or researchers on a case-by-case basis. To request a waiver, the corresponding author should email the editor explaining the circumstances. The request will be reviewed and may be approved accordingly.
• Full Waiver: Authors from low-income countries, as classificed under the WHO-HINARI Groups A list.
• H-Index Requirement (First Author): A 100% fee waiver is granted if the first author has an H-index of 10 or higher in any recognized database (Web of Science, Scopus, or Google Scholar).

Note: Timely submission of all required documents is mandatory. All supporting documents must be submitted during the initial manuscript submission. Eligible authors should send a request for waiver to editor@healerjournal.com
